    1. What is the machine cancellation? Is it the postmark? Is this one hand stamped?

    2. Usually you would see a machine postmark - usually the 'spray on' type. This one has definitely been hand cancelled - nice to see another human had interacted with the envelope.

  3. I was fascinated that Eva thought it might be the plan of a church. The only thing I thought it sort of looked like was an ear of corn.
